Paypal is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/business\/banking\/paypal-said-to-be-in-talks-to-buy-crypto-custodian-bitgo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reported <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to have ongoing discussions with the popular Bitcoin custodian.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s hard to give an estimate for how much PayPal is willing to pay for BitGo if it decides to go forward with the deal. The merchants will still get paid in fiat as all the payments will be converted to fiat currency at their exchange current rates published by Paypal.
